AOLITE PU47 Portable Energy Storage Power Unit
The AOLITE PU47 is a portable energy storage unit for fast charging small construction machinery where grid power is available. Like an industrial power bank, it stores electricity from the grid and delivers it on demand—reducing reliance on fixed charging points and unnecessary travel time.

1. What is PU47 ?
The PU47 is a mobile battery energy storage system with 40kW DC fast charging, designed to provide convenient on-site charging for small construction machinery and compatible electric vehicles. It combines large-capacity storage with fast charging, freeing electric equipment from grid constraints.

2.PU47's Core Advantages
The PU47 addresses charging challenges in areas with weak or no grid access. Where grid power is available but capacity is limited, it can charge slowly via standard 220V mains or an optional solar system, storing energy in its built-in battery and then delivering high-power fast charging to construction equipment—helping avoid grid peak loads. In off-grid areas, the PU47 can be transported directly to the job site as an independent power source, eliminating the need to drive heavy machinery back to a fixed charging station and significantly improving operational efficiency.

3. Why do we need PU47?
In many cases, it’s more economical and efficient to bring the charging station to the equipment than to bring the equipment to the charging station. That’s why the PU47 was developed—to give you greater operational flexibility and maximize equipment uptime.

4. PU47 Battery Capacity
The PU47 features a 47-kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery. When fully charged, it can fast-charge a small wheel loader approximately 1–2 times, or a small excavator approximately 2–3 times. (Actual charging cycles depend on the equipment’s battery capacity and depth of discharge.)

5. PU47 Compatible Equipment & Applications
AOLITE compact electric construction equipment (wheel loaders, excavators, etc.) — supports DC fast charging; Pure electric passenger vehicles compliant with the national standard DC charging interface (GB/T 20234.3-2023, 50V~1000V) can be used as emergency power supply vehicles; An optional GB/T-to-CCS2 adapter is available to support emergency charging of European electric passenger vehicles; Supports hybrid AC/DC concurrent charging and discharging, allowing both AC and DC input and output at the same time; Electric construction equipment from other brands — can be powered via AC output (380V/22kW or 220V/slow charging) to accommodate different power requirements.

6. Typical Applications of the PU47
Remote mines, ports, construction sites; Temporary power supply for emergency response and disaster relief; Agricultural plantations and forest farms; Urban municipal maintenance (silent nighttime operations).
