The AOLITE three-electric system is independently developed by the company's technical team. Designed and manufactured in strict accordance with high standards, it is tailored for AOLITE products, such as loaders and excavators.
Product Advantages

1. High Energy Density
AOLITE lithium batteries standard use BYD Blade cells, with energy density twice that of lead-acid batteries of the same size. They provide stable voltage during discharge, significantly extending equipment runtime.
2. Fast Charging
AOLITE lithium-powered loaders can be fully charged in as little as 2 hours, compared to 7–8 hours for lead-acid batteries. Charging during short breaks (e.g., employee breaks) greatly enhances equipment operational efficiency.
3. Maintenance-Free Design
Lithium battery packs require no manual maintenance, such as watering or acidity testing, as lead-acid batteries do. They are virtually maintenance-free.
4. Battery Management System (BMS)
AOLITE lithium battery packs are equipped with a built-in BMS that monitors battery status and key parameters in real time. It includes functions such as overcharge/over-discharge protection, fault diagnosis, state of health assessment, and current/voltage detection, ensuring highly reliable, low-power, and cost-effective operation of the power system.
5. Long Lifespan & Flexible Operation
AOLITE lithium batteries have a lifespan more than twice that of lead-acid batteries. They support fast charging in as little as 2 hours, compared to 7–8 hours for lead-acid batteries. Lithium batteries can be charged and used at any time, adapting to three-shift operations. Users only need to charge during rest intervals to achieve all-day equipment operation, whereas lead-acid equipment requires three battery sets and frequent replacements.

Lithium batteries do not release harmful substances and are fully recyclable, making them more environmentally friendly.

Lithium batteries do not release harmful gases and do not require acid liquids, avoiding the operational fatigue associated with traditional lead-acid battery replacements. The intelligent BMS continuously monitors the system, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
1.Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO₄) Material
The batteries use a LiFePO₄ chemical system, one of the safest and most stable types in lithium battery technology. Even if the battery casing is damaged, it will not react with the environment, ensuring a safer working environment.
2.Rigorous Testing & Validation
Every product undergoes strict quality testing before leaving the factory, ensuring the safety and reliability of AOLITE battery packs.

Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
Although the initial investment is higher, AOLITE lithium battery equipment offers significant advantages in TCO. Taking the E606 PRO as an example, the lithium battery provides 3,000 charge-discharge cycles, compared to 800 cycles for lead-acid batteries. This means the lithium battery lasts 3.75 times longer. Over a 10-year period, lead-acid batteries would require at least two replacements, while lithium batteries need no replacement, significantly reducing additional costs associated with battery replacements.
Furthermore, lithium batteries have a higher residual value in the second-hand market, providing higher resale returns.
