This is not merely a technological breakthrough, but a triumph of the "collaborative co-creation" philosophy. Walking side by side with our core suppliers and dealers, we have embedded real-world feedback into the very DNA of the machine—striving to build a high-end electric loader that truly understands user needs and withstands the toughest challenges. Here are the solid milestones of the E610's journey.

Phase 1: Co-Creation & Defining Excellence (Jan 2025–Sep 2025)

- January 2025

Project officially launched as the flagship high-end electric loader. Breaking away from traditional closed-door development, the "collaborative co-creation" philosophy was established from day one, with core suppliers and dealers proactively invited to participate in the early R&D stages to embed market insights from the source.

- August 2025

Completed Version 1.0 design of the complete machine, establishing a cutting-edge technical architecture and rigorous performance benchmarks—laying a solid foundation for subsequent iterations.

- Early September 2025

Based on strict internal reviews and real-world external feedback, efficiently completed Version 2.0 design optimization, refining every detail with precision.

- Late September 2025

Design plan finalized and key technical status fully frozen. The R&D focus officially shifted toward engineering realization.

Phase 2: Precision Engineering & Materialization (Oct 2025 – Dec 2025)

- Late October 2025

Completed the breakdown of all engineering drawings; simultaneously initiated tooling/fixture design and fabrication. The supply chain responded swiftly, with component procurement and production preparation systematically underway.

- December 2025

The first prototype was successfully assembled and officially rolled off the line, immediately entering Phase 1 rigorous testing to verify core performance metrics.

Phase 3: Real-World Validation & Refinement (Feb 2026–Apr 2026)

- February 2026

The second prototype rolled off the line and commenced comprehensive testing. Core dealers participated on-site throughout the entire process, offering multiple improvement suggestions based on actual working conditions—driving numerous detailed refinements.

- April 2026

Conducted comprehensive machine evaluation in collaboration with dealers, covering a wide range of operating scenarios. Based on the test data, completed the final round of overall optimization and adjustments—bringing the product infinitely close to mass-production standards.

Phase 4: Global Standards & Commercial Launch (May 2026–Sep 2026)

- May 2026

Officially signed the CE certification agreement, systematically initiating the EU market access process—a critical step forward in the global strategy.

- August 2026

The first mass production orders successfully rolled off the line and were delivered, marking the E610's successful transition from R&D to commercial delivery and its official entry into the market.

- September 2026

The first batch of E610 units is officially shipped, heading to global customers - closing the loop from commitment to final delivery.
