The E604 features an articulated steering design with a max. steering angle of ±35° and a min. turning radius of just 2,520 mm. Combined with a 7° rear axle oscillation angle, it delivers exceptional agility in narrow aisles and confined work areas, greatly improving productivity in tight spaces.
Powered by a dual-motor drive system with 2.5×2 kW walking motor output, the E604 is equipped with five maintenance-free 6-EVF-150 lead-acid battery packs delivering 9 kWh capacity at 60V rated voltage. A full charge provides 6 hours of continuous operation, with a recharge time of just 8 hours, meeting a full workday's demand.
With a 0.2 m³ bucket capacity, 400 kg rated load, 2,160 mm lifting height, 1,400 mm dumping height, 600 mm dumping distance, and a total cycle time of just 7.5 seconds, the E604 delivers efficient material handling. Two-speed travel (10 km/h low / 18 km/h high) balances precision in work zones with speed during transport.
The E604 is equipped with a ROPS/FOPS canopy featuring a four-post steel frame for operator safety. Working brakes use a drum oil brake system, while parking is secured by a drum handbrake — providing dual-brake assurance for slope and heavy-load conditions. An amber beacon light and front/rear work lights enhance job-site visibility.
The E604 comes standard with a quick-change attachment system compatible with a variety of work tools — including general-purpose buckets, forks, and grapples — enabling one machine for multiple tasks. With a 1,040 mm bucket width, overall dimensions of 3,260×1,140×2,085 mm, and a machine weight of just 1,120 kg, it is easy to transport and reposition for diverse job requirements.
